**What You Will Do**:
- Maintains active awareness of technical, business and management developments affecting present and potential customers and communicates this information promptly to the appropriate senior level managers.
- Serves as Account Manager to designated and potential customers and actively promotes the services and capabilities of ABS throughout the business community.
- Provides day-to-day leadership of Engineering staff assigned. Assigns projects to Engineers/Senior Engineers and monitors the progress of all assigned projects. Ensures the delivery of high quality service and maintenance of good customer relations.

- and long-term manpower needs in order to insure that qualified, trained technical staff are available as needs arise and identifies associated training needs.
