Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd Job Profile (Accountabilities): Sets vehicle -level performance targets as Range, dynamics,efficiency,safety
Awareness of emerging EV trends and technologies along with EV regulations
Understanding of dark current strategy
Understanding of IP67 requirements
Exposure to vehicle performance evaluation Takes inputs from CoEs/PPH for cost and weight optimization against targets
Takes inputs from Validation COE for project risks on performance & reliability
Focus on regulatory compliance and zero validation failures
Technology adoption from R&D to production
Strong technical expertise in EV architecture, dynamics and performance engineering. Ensures achievement of all system as well as vehicle-level performance targets set, thereby ensuring: Selecting correct set of benchmarks and deciding FI targets with CFT
Ensures right integration of all the EV systems (Battery, E-axle BMS, inverter,IPDU,VCU,cooling system)...
