BakerHicks is seeking an experienced Principal Earthing Design Engineer to play a key role in the delivery of high-quality earthing solutions across a diverse portfolio of power infrastructure projects. Working within the HV discipline, you will be responsible for the technical delivery, review, and quality assurance of earthing studies, calculations, reports, drawings, and site survey outputs for projects ranging from 11kV to 400kV.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced engineer looking to combine technical leadership, project delivery, and team development while contributing to the continued growth of BakerHicks' Power sector.

Reporting to the Discipline Lead - HV, the Senior Earthing Design Engineer will play a key role in ensuring the quality, consistency, and technical excellence of the team's deliverables across a wide range of power infrastructure projects.
