An excellent opportunity has become available for a Principal Development Engineer to join a worldwide technology company that focuses on the development of leading-edge high-performance and high-capacity optical front-end solutions.

As the Principal Development Engineer, you will have a number of core responsibilities that include:
  • Design of micro-optical subassemblies
  • Development of innovative packaging concepts
  • Product development of optoelectronic components
  • Design of test adapters and fixtures
    • To be considered for the Principal Development Engineer you must have prior experience in the field of mechanical module design, test adapter and fixture designs with 3D- CAD tools, excellent working knowledge of optoelectronic components, enjoy working in a multidisciplinary team, be able to skills in English and basic German and be willing to travel.
