  • Know, understand, and practice the standards and related policies contained in Westinghouse Codes of Business & Conduct.
  • Advise on supplier and subcontractor terms and conditions (T&Cs) for Westinghouse supply chain operations. These operations include multiple contract types, such as Engineered Goods, General Services, Engineering Services, Logistics...
  • Lead negotiations (in person and virtual) with suppliers/subcontractors on T&C issues, with a focus on complex or high-risk scopes of work.
