Job Summary
.Automation Specialist and Automation Practice lead will play a critical role in driving and leading Solutioning and Delivery of QA and especially Test Automation opportunities and projects for the organization.
.Position will be responsible for understanding customer situations, challenges and automation needs and leading the solutioning as well delivery phases for key opportunities and projects
.This position will design, develop, and optimize robust automation frameworks, lead quality and performance testing initiatives, and contribute expertise in Agile environments.
.Collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to accelerate QA cycles, elevate product quality, and support complex banking operations.
