Okay, picture this — they've got a cloud practice split into four parts: Azure, Hybrid, UC… and M365. That’s where this role comes in. You’ll be the person who actually helps customers make sense of Microsoft 365, gets them set up properly, and shows them how to use it efficiently.

About 20% of your time, you’re in pre-sales, talking to customers, figuring out what they need, advising them on licensing, cost optimisation, basically being the Microsoft 365 SME. 50% of your time is billable consulting — you’ll be doing roadmaps, maturity assessments, running workshops, and showing clients how to make the most of M365, and then the remaining 30% is tech oversight, working with the new Endpoint and IAM pods to figure out patterns, governance, and scalable architecture.
