We are seeking a Principal Consultant to join our Customer Success team in
Madrid, supporting implementation projects while delivering training and best‑practice guidance to business users.
Performance Objectives
Own the complete project lifecycle including requirements gathering, functional design, development/configuration, user acceptance testing, training and issue resolution.
Proactively manage and nurture a portfolio of customers, ensuring their success by facilitating the seamless adoption and effective utilization of Enverus services and offerings.
Take ownership of the user onboarding and welcome letter process, onsite and virtual training sessions to set customers up for success.
