We're looking for a Principal Backend Developer to join our Manchester-based team. This is a senior technical leadership role for an experienced .NET engineer who can drive backend architecture, scalability, and best practices.

Lead backend architecture and technical direction

Champion clean code, testing, and engineering standards
Mentor and support developers within the team

What We're Looking For
Strong commercial experience with .NET / C#
Proven experience in a senior or principal-level role
Deep understanding of API design and backend architecture
Experience mentoring and influencing technical decisions
Strong communication and leadership skills
