Responsibilities
+ Lead projects from schematic design through to construction documents.
+ Oversee quality assurance and quality control, ensuring technical oversight.
+ Mentor and supervise staff in design and detailing across all project phases.
+ Engage in client-facing activities with some exposure to business development.
+ Pursue new clients and business opportunities.
