You will manage a pool of SAM specialists, balance standards work with account delivery, and drive innovations in AI DC thermal management and immersion cooling.

The role focuses on setting and enforcing ASHRAE-based standards, evaluating new cooling technologies, and guiding bids with high-quality cooling designs.
