  • Relevant industry certifications are highly desirable, such as ITIL, PRINCE2, Diploma in Project Management, SAFe Agile or BABOK.
  • Management or local government qualifications are also highly desirable.
  • A strong track record leading multidisciplinary teams, projects and change management initiatives.
  • Excellent interpersonal, relationship-building and communication skills.
  • A solutions-focused mindset and the ability to foster innovation in a team environment.
