Principal Agentic AI Transformation Lead - Hands On

Your Mission

Be both a hands‑on builder and a strategic leader, design code, and deploy intelligent agents that transform how organizations operate, while shaping scalable platforms and governance for enterprise adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Implement memory system (episodic, semantic, procedural, long‑term) using vector databases, knowledge graphs, and RAG pipelines.

• Integrate agents with enterprise APIs, SaaS tools (ServiceNow, Salesforce, SAP, etc.) and multi‑source data layers (structured and unstructured).

• Develop end‑to‑end prototypes and production systems, from model tuning to backend and UI integration.

• Apply AgentOps and MLOps: versioning, evaluation, observability, security, and guardrails for reliable deployment.

• Define agentic architectures and reusable components and accelerate cross‑client adoption.
