About the Role

This is a sole charge role to lead the human resources function for an organisation of circa. 150 employees.

Key Responsibilities

As the organisation undergoes a transition, you’ll play a key role in providing advice on best practice change management and ensuring that employees are enabled to continue delivering high quality service.

  • Actively manage the full range of human resources activities and functions.
  • Work closely with the Executive Director and management team, providing advice and human resources services.
  • Ensure that employees are informed and engaged through a period of change.
  • Lead the employee aspects of the transition (consultation, communication, recruitment, etc).

Skills & Experience Required

This is a role for an experienced human resources practitioner who is used to working solo at both strategic and hands on levels.
