Responsibilities
- Carry out procurement processes, standards, and operational plans including RFPs, negotiation preparations, and cost analysis.
- Respond to client inquiries about order status, changes, or cancellations.
- Purchase goods, materials, supplies, and services, ensuring terms are in the organization’s best interest.
- Prepare purchase orders, approve payments, and negotiate prices.
- Compile price proposals, financial reports, and other data and information to provide input on reasonable prices.
