About the Role
Looking to start a career in education? We are recruiting Trainee Teaching Assistants to work in primary schools across BA14.

No school experience is needed. This role is designed for people who want to learn on the job, gain real classroom experience, and build a long-term career in education.

You’ll be supported from day one, working in welcoming primary school environments while developing your skills and confidence.

What you’ll be doing:


  • Supporting pupils in class, in small groups, or 1:1
  • Helping the class teacher with daily activities
  • Supporting learning, behaviour, and engagement
  • Building relationships with pupils in a primary setting
