Primary Teaching Assistant | Classroom Support | Local Primary Schools Position: Full-Time, Long-Term (Term Time Only) Salary: £88.92 - £100 per day (Weekly Pay dependent on experience) Start Date: Immediate / Next Term

Responsibilities

• Support the Class Teacher in delivering high-quality lessons and ensuring no child is left behind.
• Work across the whole class, leading small groups in phonics, reading, or maths to boost confidence and attainment.
• Lead 'breakout' sessions to support pupils who need an extra boost in core subjects like English and Maths.
• Assist the teacher in preparing resources, creating displays, and managing classroom behaviour to maintain a positive learning atmosphere.
• Assist with the social and emotional development of students, helping them build resilience and teamwork skills.
