We are seeking dedicated Teaching Assistants and Primary Teachers to join our team in a nurturing Primary School. You will work closely with teachers and pastoral staff to support students. This is not your average classroom – every day is different. You’ll be supporting young people to re‑engage with learning, develop social and emotional skills, and build confidence both in and out of lessons.

Key Responsibilities

• Support individual and small‑group learning, adapting activities to meet diverse needs.
• Foster a calm, positive, and safe learning environment where students feel valued and respected.
• Encourage and model positive behaviour, emotional regulation, and social interaction.
• Work collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs, and external professionals to implement personalised learning plans.
