We are working with a three-form-entry Primary school in Inner London, Redbridge. The school has been graded as ‘Good’ since 2015 with outstanding elements, including pupil behaviour. It is looking for three Primary Teachers / Primary ECTs to join their team in September 2026.

Job Description

• Primary Teacher / Primary ECT (Permanent, Full Time)
• Teaching Lead Roles (TLR) – Maths, English, Humanities and Year Group Lead
• Early Career Teacher induction with bespoke induction, in‑house and out‑of‑house training, and termly goals
• Year groups: Year 1‑6 (desirable)
• Must inspire and motivate the younger generation
• Location: Inner London, Borough of Redbridge
• Salary: MPS1–UPS3 – £39,507 – £53,000 + TLR (value depends on responsibility)
