Support Staff Wanted – Enhanced Learning Provisions, Mitcham

Do you have a calm head, a kind heart, and a knack for helping young people feel safe and understood? We’d love to hear from you.

We’re working with a number of welcoming schools across Mitcham who are looking for support staff to join their Enhanced Learning Provisions. These settings support pupils who need a little extra care, structure, and encouragement to thrive at school.

This isn’t about standing at the side of the classroom. It’s about being a steady presence, building trust, and helping pupils find their feet.

What you’ll be doing


  • Supporting pupils with additional learning, behavioural, or emotional needs
  • Working closely with teachers and SEN teams to keep days calm and purposeful
  • Helping young people regulate emotions, stay engaged, and feel understood
  • Creating a safe, supportive space where progress feels possible
