We’re working with a number of welcoming schools across Lambeth who are looking for support staff to join their Enhanced Learning Provisions . These settings support pupils who need a little extra care, structure, and encouragement to thrive at school.

This isn’t about standing at the side of the classroom. It’s about being a steady presence, building trust, and helping pupils find their feet.

• Supporting pupils with additional learning, behavioural, or emotional needs
