Responsibilities

• Planning lessons: Creating lesson plans, activities, and games for students
• Teaching: Delivering lessons on subjects like reading, science, and math
• Assessing: Evaluating students' work through tests, quizzes, essays, and projects
• Communicating: Keeping parents and guardians informed of their child's progress
• Supporting: Working with students individually to help them overcome challenges
• Enforcing rules: Developing and enforcing classroom rules to teach proper behavior
• Preparing for standardized tests: Preparing students for state-required standardized tests
• Adapting teaching methods: Using a range of teaching methods and techniques to meet students' interests and learning styles

Qualifications
