Primary School Office Administrator - Geneva English School

This is a permanent, full-time post starting in August 2026.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Being the first point of contact for parents, staff and visitors arriving at the Primary campus
  • Overseeing student registration and daily logistical arrangements
  • Sending clear, accurate and timely parent communications
  • Coordinating the organisation of the termly extra‑curricular activities programme at the Primary school, in collaboration with the Head of Primary and Director of Sport
  • Using the online ‘Parent Portal’ to create forms, set up activity bookings and parent‑teacher meetings, and uploading relevant documents
  • Updating the school database, preparing attestations, and maintaining student files
  • Making arrangements for school trips and visits
  • Keeping accurate records for billing of ancillary school services
