About the role


  • Full-time position starting in September 2026.


  • Support teaching and learning within a Key Stage 2 classroom.


  • Work with individual pupils and small groups to reinforce learning.


  • Encourage positive behaviour and classroom engagement.


  • Help create a safe, inclusive and supportive learning environment.

  • Previous experience supporting children in a primary school or similar setting.


  • A positive, patient and enthusiastic approach.


  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.


  • A genuine passion for helping children learn and develop.


  • An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one.
