In this role you will:

• Lead strategies to grow, engage and represent members across the primary health care sector.
• Develop and deliver organising, campaign and communications initiatives that support member priorities.
• Identify opportunities for membership growth through sector mapping, analysis and engagement.
• Build member participation and support engagement in NSWNMA/ANMF democratic processes.
• Use data, reporting and insights to inform decision-making and drive outcomes.
• Collaborate across the organisation to establish and advance priorities for this growing membership sector.
