Job Description
Summary
Primarily Pricing Support Coordinator prices out transactional requests, sends out templated emails to the partner companies addressing their concerns, and performs mainly data entry roles that are task-based.
Responsibilities
• Complete Quote Requests for Supplier that are for LEC suppliers (AT&T)
• Pre-Qualifications- Product and Supplier recommendations
• Salesforce Quote Management & Compliance
• Maintain an SLA of 4 hrs. with responses within Salesforce
• Salesforce Task management- follow up on outstanding quotes
• Supplier Pricing within portals
• Basic Pricing Proposal (single site)
• Multisite Proposal engagement & handoff to team Support Coordinator
• First Level on Escalations
• Traffic cop- Pre-Sales questions through company Glip and email
• Relationship with agents, internal departments and suppliers
• Manage and Set Expectations on turnaroun...
