The Home Claims and Assessing Commercial Specialist Pricing plays a pivotal role in shaping an industry-leading claims pricing function, driving optimal claims cost efficiency, accuracy, and transparency.
This role is responsible for ensuring expert management of building repair pricing and rates, leveraging comprehensive data analytics to deliver actionable insights and robust reporting.
The role is also responsible for implementing and maintaining core cost control tools, processes, and governance that aligns with group strategy and market conditions, while continuously enhancing the pricing framework and forecasting accuracy.

- Review, manage and maintain the building repair price catalog, ensuring alignment with market costs, industry benchmarks, and approved rates.
- Monitor market, competitor, and network builder rates to ensure competitiveness and accuracy.
