Job Description

The responsibility of the Business Operations Analyst will be to support the overall business with reporting and analysis concerning clients, products, and sales performance. The BOA will provide our Operations team with the reporting & workflow management needed to fulfil our customers’ needs. We are looking for a highly motivated, thorough individual able to work with minimal supervision; detailed oriented and yet able to see the big picture and think holistically.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepare quotation for residential and business customers. Work closely with sales and account management teams to provide tailored pricing and respond to client requests in a timely manner.
• Support the development and implementation of promotional pricing campaigns and special offers.
• Monitor and maintain pricing systems, ensuring all information is accurate and up to date.
