**Job Description:**
The Arrow Electronics PCBA Pricing Specialist is responsible for preparing accurate, competitive, and timely cost estimates for printed circuit board assemblies (PCBAs). This role plays a critical function in winning new business by balancing cost accuracy, supply chain risk, and margin targets.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in EMS environments, understands high-mix/low-volume quoting dynamics, and can independently manage RFQs from receipt through final submission.
**What You'll Be Doing:**
+ Prepare PCBA cost estimates for RFQs (BOM, Gerber, drawings)
+ Calculate material, assembly, and test costs for PCB assemblies
+ Analyze BOMs for pricing, alternates, and lifecycle status
+ Source electronic components from distributors and suppliers
+ Work with procurement and engineering teams for cost validation
