  • Carrier Relations: Leverage established personal connections with Carrier Trade Managers to negotiate Service Contracts and Spot Rates.
  • Pricing Strategy: Manage ocean freight pricing for the Trans-Pacific Eastbound (TPEB) route, ensuring market competitiveness for South East Asian origins (China, Vietnam, Thailand, etc.).
  • Space Procurement: Secure space allocation during peak seasons and mitigate rollover risks through strong carrier rapport.
