Pricing Estimator – USA Construction Projects

We are expanding our estimating team and are looking for a Pricing Estimator with strong hands-on experience in USA construction project pricing. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of regional cost variations, vendor coordination, and detailed quantity take-offs.

Job Details

  • Position: Pricing Estimator
  • Location: On-site
  • Experience: 2–3 Years
  • Salary: PKR 70,000 – 90,000 per month (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare accurate and competitive pricing for USA-based construction projects
  • Develop and maintain state-wise and county-wise cost databases
  • Source material and labor pricing from US-based vendors and suppliers
  • Coordinate with vendors to obtain quotes, pricing updates, and lead times
