Pricing Coordinator

As Pricing Coordinator you will be responsible for responding to pricing requests for cross-border, U.S. domestic, and Mexican domestic logistics operations. You will collaborate closely with service offices, the commercial team, and operational departments to deliver accurate and competitive pricing solutions.

Main Responsibilities

• Manage, complete, and respond to daily pricing requests according to deadlines and service level agreements for new and existing customers in specific modes, products, or trade lanes.
• Learn and utilize various pricing tools available to the team.
• Create professional written responses to RFI's, RFQ's, and proposals that address client objectives.
• Manage RFQ projects by coordinating efforts across multiple departments, ensuring timelines are met, and consolidating pricing for client submission.
• Ensure compliance with operational policies before pricing (e.g., restricted commodities, embargoed countries...
