What we are looking for?

Owns the design, governance, and delivery of pricing and rate configuration across Opera Cloud and connected systems. Acts as the bridge between Commercial strategy and technical implementation, ensuring scalable, accurate, and compliant pricing operations across all channels and platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Pricing & Rate Strategy

  • Define and govern rate codes, pricing structures, packages, and promotions
  • Ensure alignment between commercial requirements and system capabilities
  • Validate pricing requests before implementation
  • Assess incoming pricing initiatives and change requests
  • Perform impact analysis across systems (Opera, ATE, Data Platform, Channels)
  • Translate business requirements into technical design and configuration approach
  • Own standards and governance for rate and package configuration
