Preventive Maintenance Technician

Job Description:

• To performs general cleaning, maintenance machine/ equipment, troubleshoot and other tasks as per assigned.
• Ensuring that basic facilities are well-maintained and conducting proactive maintenance.
• Ensure that appointed tasks for the day (T.T.D., things to do) and priorities is well understood before proceed to the work-area.
• Ensure to support other team members to perform daily activity as required.
• Performs other tasks as given by its Supervisor germane to its position.
• To plan & handle overall production machineries and equipment maintenance activities.
• Attending machines' breakdowns, identify fault and solving issues with minimal downtime for production.
• Repair faulty equipment units.
• Contact and coordinate with machine's vendor on hardcore issues, if necessary.
• Lead periodical preventive maintenance activities.
