Preventive Maintenance Technician

To performs general cleaning, maintenance machine/ equipment, troubleshoot and other tasks as per assigned.

Ensuring that basic facilities are well-maintained and conducting proactive maintenance.

Ensure that appointed tasks for the day (T.T.D., things to do) and priorities is well understood before proceed to the work-area.

Ensure to support other team members to perform daily activity as required.

Performs other tasks as given by its Supervisor germane to its position.

To plan & handle overall production machineries and equipment maintenance activities.

Attending machines’ breakdowns, identify fault and solving issues with minimal downtime for production.

Contact and coordinate with machine’s vendor on hardcore issues, if necessary.

Lead periodical preventive maintenance activities.

To always establish and ensure spare part requirements and availability to support an efficient operation.
