Tasks
Ensure compliance with health and safety policies and oversee their application. Conduct regular equipment condition inspections and generate work orders as needed. Develop, enhance, and maintain preventive maintenance programs and inspection plans. Ensure maintenance activities meet quality standards and oversee maintenance scheduling. Analyze root causes of equipment failures and recommend solutions to improve reliability. Contribute to maintenance budget preparation and provide technical justification for activities.
