Altium’s Preventive Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing routine maintenance and inspections on all machinery and equipment in the manufacturing Plant. The primary goal of this role is to ensure optimal performance, minimize downtime, and extend the lifespan of all manufacturing equipment through proactive maintenance activities.
• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on equipment such as injection molding machines, extruders, blow molders, and auxiliary equipment.• Inspect and clean machinery components, lubricate moving parts, and replace worn-out parts as necessary.• Conduct regular inspections of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems to identify potential issues.• Use diagnostic tools and techniques to detect signs of wear, malfunction, or inefficiencies.• Maintai...
