Job Description

The Preventative Maintenance Technician will travel to our customers to perform semi-annual and/or annual preventative maintenance. Strong interpersonal communication skills are necessary. This position requires a mechanical aptitude, experience reviewing mechanical/electrical schematics, and an investigative mindset with the ability to accurately report findings. 

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Provide on-site maintenance services to our customers 5-axis Grob equipment

  • Document your findings and corrective actions to present to the customer

  • Communicate what you are finding in real time with the Grob customer support team

  • Troubleshoot machine errors

  • Read and follow mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical prints/drawing

  • Utilize precision measuring instruments (such as calipers, levels, indicators, micrometers, etc.)

  • Other tasks as assigned
