Preventative Maintenance Coordinator II

To develop and maintain preventive maintenance plans and activities utilizing Lucy Co-Console system. Utilize the material equipment list, logistics and receiving reports to ensure preservation is set up prior to equipment arrival. Collaborate with Project Engineers, Construction Managers, Materials Group and QC to implement work activities as required by Vendor Documents and Project Specifications. Modify preservation activities as required through the changing phases of the project. Conduct internal audits to ensure required equipment is set up and preserved as required. Monitor preservation execution and conduct spot checks to ensure preservation is performed on time and satisfactorily. Record, document and report any non-conformance issues with QC and Project management as required. Develop and provide reports and preservation metrics as required.
