Business Growth
- Manage liability portfolio of ultra-high net worth clients of the Priority lounge with a total banking relationship of over PKR 5 Million in Current account average balances or PKR 7 Million in saving average relationship size.
- Deposit Mobilization through existing clients and NTB customers to increase branch business portfolio.
- To cross sell bank's Retail / Consumer products & services.
- To sell Wealth Management products, Consumer Finance products and Insurance products.
- Provide excellent customer service in order to retain and increase relationships.
- Ensure a clean portfolio with all discrepancies resolved within TAT.
- Networking with existing and potential clients.
- Visit top tier Priority customers on a periodic basis as directed to build loyalty and long-term relationships.
- Ensure 100% action on gaps identified through SQ Reports.
