The Role

We are seeking a motivated and reliable individual to join a busy production team, initially focusing on transfer moulding manufacturing processes.

This is a hands-on production role, offering comprehensive training across a variety of specialist manufacturing processes, including injection moulding, extrusion, and masterbatch mixing. The ideal candidate will enjoy practical work, be eager to learn new skills, and feel comfortable operating machinery within a manufacturing environment.

Location

The manufacturing operation is currently based in Northampton and is scheduled to relocate to Alcester in Autumn 2026.

The successful candidate will initially be required to commute to Northampton for training and work before permanently relocating to the Alcester site.
