Machine Operative Days & Hours: 39 hours 6.00 4.15 Monday to Thursday Holidays: 20 days plus bank holidays Pension: 4% contribution match from employer Salary: £15.00 per hour Location: Heanor, Derbyshire. 1. JOB PURPOSE To provide continual support to all Team Leaders in all aspects relating to the smooth running of the Machine Shop. Carry out daily and weekly safety and machinery operational checks and report any faults immediately To carry out instructions from the Production Manager, and Team Leaders in all aspects of the role including the personal control of job time bookings and document control in respect of drawings and quality plans. To produce a consistently high standard of work meeting production deadlines and cost targets. To ensure the teams compliance with Quality, Health Safety & Environmental standards and current legislations.
