Press Brake Operative

We are looking for a Press Brake Operator to join our growing team.

This is a hands‑on role working with metal parts, technical drawings, and press brake machinery. You will need to work accurately, follow specifications, check quality, and help keep production running smoothly.

What you’ll do

• Set up and run press brake machines to bend and form metal parts to the correct specification.
• Read technical drawings and follow the right bending sequence and dimensions.
• Check finished parts for quality, accuracy, and measurements.
• Work with the production team to resolve manufacturing issues and improve processes.
• Keep your work area safe, clean, and organised.

What we’re looking for

• Experience operating press brake machinery is essential; experience with Trumpf machines would be an advantage, although training can be provided.
