Role Overview
ChainUp is seeking a Presales Solution Engineer to support our global business in delivering SaaS-based, white-label solutions for the Web3 and blockchain economy.
This role is suitable for candidates with a technicalbackground who are keen to build a career in presales solutioning and customer success. You will work closely with Sales, Product Engineering,Project Management, and Customer Success teams to support customer engagements,solution demonstrations, and technical discussions.
Training and mentorship will be provided forcandidates who demonstrate strong learning.

Support global sales activities through:
Product demonstrations
Technical workshops
RFI/RFP responses
Technical proposals and solution documentation
Assist in translating product and technical features into customer-relevant value explanations
