Job Description
This role will support the Poly Engineering team and Business Development Managers by managing a high volume of technical inquiries. Responsibilities include addressing product compatibility questions, providing accurate SKU information, and recommending replacements for end-of-life (EOL) products including cross-brand equivalents when appropriate.
A solid understanding of both current and legacy telephony and video conferencing hardware including headsets is essential. The role often involves navigating unique protocols and identifying compatible components for legacy systems, which requires both technical insight and resourcefulness.

Provide technical presales support for HPE | Poly solutions, including IP phones, headsets, and video conferencing systems.
