Job Description
As a team member in the Project Controls group, the Prequalification Analyst plays a critical role in subcontractor, supplier, and consultant prequalification prior to award. The role partners with estimators, preconstruction managers, project managers, and leadership to assess financial and operational risks and develop mitigation strategies that protect the company’s interests and support successful project delivery.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Partners with project teams, subcontractors, designers, and Joint Venture partners to manage the prequalification process.
Reviews and evaluates prequalification documents including W-9s, Small Business certifications, DIR registrations, city business licenses, Work-in-Progress (WIP) reports, financial statements, line of credit letters, OSHA logs, IIPPs, EMR letters, insurance certificates, and bonding letters.
