NOW HIRING! Prep Cook, Victoria. We are seeking experienced prep cooks with a passion for quality food to join our team. Located on the seaplane docks of Victoria’s Inner Harbour at 950 Wharf Street, the Flying Otter Grill offers diners west coast food, a relaxed atmosphere and views. Full Time Regular and Part Time Regular positions are available.

Responsibilities

• Food prep (sauces, vegetables, fruits, etc.)
• Food ordering and inventory
• Maintain a sanitary and clean work environment
• Perform other duties as assigned by store management
• Strong work ethic and ability to work with team members in a fast-paced environment
• Accuracy and speed in performing duties
• Understand proper food handling and food safety standards
