Job Title Prep / Line Cook Job Summary We’re looking for a reliable, fast, and detail-oriented Prep / Line Cook to support daily production and execute service at a high standard. You’ll handle prep tasks, station setup, cooking during service, and proper cleaning/closing procedures while maintaining strong food safety and quality. Key Responsibilities Prep & Production Complete daily prep lists efficiently (vegetable prep, sauces, stocks, basic butchery, portioning, labeling). Follow recipes, prep guides, and standards for consistency and yield. Maintain clean, organized mise en place and storage at all times. Line Service Set up stations before service (mise, tools, backups, station par levels). Cook and plate menu items to spec during service with speed, accuracy, and consistency.
