Job Title: Full-Time Cook (Indian Snacks and South Indian Dishes)
Job Description:
Thindi Cafe is seeking a skilled and passionate Full-Time Cook with expertise in Indian snacks and South Indian dishes to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role, with a deep understanding of traditional Indian flavors and cooking techniques.

Responsibilities:

1. Prepare a variety of Indian snacks such as Vada Pav, Dabeli, Poha, Upma, as well as South Indian dishes like Bangalore style Dosas and Idlis.
2. Work closely with the Chief Chef and owner to ensure that established recipes are consistently followed and new recipes are tested on a seasonal basis.
3. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and timely preparation of food items.
4. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area, following all food safety and sanitation standards.
