Punta Brava Golf & Surf Club in Ensenada, Baja California, seeks a Surf Specialist passionate about the ocean and guest service to deliver safe, memorable surf experiences.

You should have proven surf instruction or guiding experience, strong ocean knowledge, First Aid/ CPR preferred, excellent communication, and fluent English. We offer competitive compensation, daily meals, and ongoing training, within a world-class luxury private club environment.
